What to do when you find a stray

Give a 7-step checklist for someone who found [a kitten under a car] in a city: what to check first, what not to do, what to bring, which kind of service to call in [your country] (no phone numbers), how to transport it safely. Each step under 15 words. Start with the result itself — no introduction, no summary at the end.
